The company's precursor is only a small production facility was established in 1995 and named Thanh Phat Facility, located at 86/10 Road 21, Ward 18, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City with a total area less than 1000 m2 factory. 

After nearly 10 years, with the growth and ongoing development, the area the old factory premises can not meet the demands of production and supply of the Company. So, in 2004, the Board of Directors has decided to invest and move plants located at 270 Hamlet 4, Phuoc Loi Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province and renamed Thanh Phat Stainless Steel Pte. The total factory area is expanded over 10,000m2. 

Here, the company has invested in upgrading the system machine and equipment, production lines according handmade fudge presses are replaced by full hydraulic presses Ben and semi-automatic. Polishing lines are properly invested: grinding system automatically, semi-automatically; vacuum system, dust filter to minimize the air pollution of the working environment, protect the health of workers and communities.

Before the needs of consumers increasingly demanding and diverse, the company has developed the production of more kinds of products such as stainless steel baskets, stainless steel mortar and fighting, knife shelf troughs, forks ... In 2009, Thanh Phat Stainless Steel Pte officially renamed Thanh Phat Stainless Steel Co., Ltd with headquarters in Address: 270 Hamlet 4, Phuoc Loi Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province .
